1. Who we are

This website is run by BarberPOV ("we", "us"). Our contact details are on our Contact page and Contact information policy. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, together with our Refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy.

2. Your order

When you place an order, we email you to confirm we've received it. Our contract with you starts when we email to say your order has been dispatched. If we can't accept your order (for example, an item is out of stock or there was an obvious pricing mistake), we'll tell you and refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown at checkout before you pay, including any add-ons you choose. Optional add-ons such as shipping protection or the extended warranty are never added unless you tick them. Payment is taken when you place your order.

4. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are in our Shipping policy. The item is your responsibility once it has been delivered to the address you gave us.

5. Returns and faults

You have 30 days from delivery to return your order, and faulty items are replaced or refunded. Full details are in our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

6. Using BarberPOV Cam safely and legally

Don't wear BarberPOV Cam while driving, cycling or anywhere you need full awareness of your surroundings. You are responsible for getting consent from anyone you record and for following the recording and privacy laws where you are. Always ask your client before you film them.

7. Our responsibility to you

If we break these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that was a foreseeable result. We aren't responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses. We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

8. Content on this website

The text, images and designs on this website belong to us or our licensors. Some images on our website and social media are AI-generated or digitally created to show how the product is worn, and are labelled where required.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you keep any protections that the law of your home country or state gives you. If you have a problem, please contact us first and we'll do our best to put it right.
