Refund policy

30-day returns

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to send your BarberPOV Cam back for a refund. Email us your order number to start a return. Please send it back in its original packaging with everything it came with. You pay return postage unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing. We refund your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return.

Never send items to our business address. Email us first and we’ll give you the correct return address. Parcels sent to any other address can’t be accepted or refunded.

Cancel before it ships

If you cancel before your order is dispatched, we refund everything, including any add-ons.

Your legal rights

This policy is on top of any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.

12-month extended warranty (optional add-on)

If you bought the extended warranty, faults that happen through normal use are covered for 12 months from delivery, and we'll replace your BarberPOV Cam. It doesn't cover accidental damage, water damage, misuse or loss. You can cancel the extended warranty within 45 days of buying it for a full refund, as long as you haven't made a claim.

Shipping protection (optional add-on)

Parcels lost or damaged before they reach you are always our responsibility. We replace them free whether or not you bought shipping protection. Shipping protection adds cover for after delivery: if your parcel is stolen from your doorstep, or tracking says delivered but it never reached you, we reship it free. Let us know within 14 days of the delivery date in your tracking.
