Free tracked shipping

Standard tracked shipping is free on every US order.

Processing

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive 7–15 business days after dispatch.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. It can take 2–3 days for tracking to show movement.

Where your order ships from

Your order ships from our fulfilment partner's warehouse overseas. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Import duties

For US orders, import duties are prepaid, so you won't be asked to pay anything on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you for a fee, contact us before paying and we'll sort it out.

Delays

If we can't ship your order within the time we've stated, we'll let you know and you can cancel for a full refund.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us and we'll replace it free. For parcels stolen after delivery, see Shipping protection in our Refund policy.

Address problems

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong, we'll reship it once you've confirmed the correct one. A reshipping fee may apply.
